He also drove strategic initiatives within automotive venture equity.
Ben specializes in bridging the gap between high-level strategy and front-line execution. By redesigning workflows, building brand equity, and establishing performance-driven cultures, he turns long-term goals into daily operational habits. He joins SMBs as a hands-on, fractional partner to drive sustainable growth.
Currently, Ben leads fractional consulting with businesses in B2B facility services, automotive services, and digital marketplace sectors.
